The link above is where cat lovers all over the world gathered and share their updates on their pets on every Tuesday. Feel free to drop in if you are a cat lover.
I was just mentioning about THE FREE FOOD SIGNS on my wall yesterday and barely two hours ago, another stray kitten came knocking at my door asking for food and water. Gosh! Am I really destined to be the food provider for the strays?
The question is “Where did all these strays come from?” I have never seen some of them before in the neighborhood. Well, I have a soft heart even to the faintest purrs of a kitten in need. Of course, I did feed the kitten until her stomach was filled. But… sometimes I wondered if they were a bit too demanding. Why? Read on…
What should I answer? I can’t say no as they would go hungry. I can’t say yes too as there would be endless visits each week to burn a deeper hole in my cat food budget. I will just leave it to my destiny that more kind souls within my neighborhood will have more loves towards those strays…
Awe, she’s such a cutie. We couldn’t have said no either.
We actually started having cats from a stray cat. I guess these cats really know where to get food, and really, it’s hard to turn them down.
Thanks for stopping by my post.
She is such a cutie – how can anyone say no?
I guess if the hole burns too deeply I can get my SS to help out.
Poor Criz i seriously understand how you feel & the pressure of digging out more and more money for meow meow food…. Worst still, the kibbles price has gone up!!!!
I guess the best way is to neuter/spay those strays tht are coming to you. Over here in KL, there is a Gov vet clinic provides very cheap price for spaying & neautering. Male is at RM45 & female is at RM65. If u really want to prevent greater population tht is coming to you, i think u really got to consider this option. U spay and let free lo… Pity you, 8 cats + all the strays tht r coming to you, SWEAT!!
I have to say,
you really have very big energy~~
Hhahahaha~~~
You should ask anyone wanna pet cats, or you will be super tired~~
how sweet!
You are a good person to help the strays.
Oh look are those her extra toes on her front paws? Mommy is feeding two stary kitties in my back yard right now! She said I have to share….we need to fix these kitties who come so they do not make anymore kittens…they can not help themselves….bless you…Leaving you a big basket of <3love<3 and ({({(hugs)})}) today!!
Your Miss Peach
Thanks for visiting Criz. As for the stray cats…they can sense a cat lover from miles away and you’re it!
I think it’s a very kind thing you’re doing, feeding the strays. We don’t get strays here in the country, even when I was in the city there weren’t many. I think the RSPCA and the local council kept their eyes out for strays and tried to find homes for them.
Thanks for leaving a comment.
It’s been said, but I can only repeat it: what a cutie!!! I have a soft heart too for all that purrs and it seems as if they feel that and find you!
Fortunately we don’t have any stray cats here where I live ! I would take them all in and that I know is impossible. It is so sad ! I also have some visitors, but they are all well fed cats they only think it tastes better in other bowls. Arthur does the same !! When the weather is nice and he makes his rounds in the neighborhood, he suddenly is not hungry anymore !
Kitties do find out where the safe places are to go and get good food and clean water ,maybe even a nap afterward too 🙂

That little tortie is very cute!
You have such a kind heart. There must be a feline relay of some kind where the cats tell each other who will give them food and water and that’s why the strays are making their way to your house. Thanks so much for your kind comments and support when I posted about my childhood. These are issues I thought I dealt with and put behind me but apparently when there is a crisis, these things come back around again. I am okay, working through the issues yet again. 😛 Have a great week!
What a lovely tortoise shell! She’s so cute. I suspect the message is something cats smell rather than see. I’m sure she appreciated the good food.
Purrs
aw, we couldn’t have denied her either. we have a little grey kitty hanging around right now too. mommy has been feeding and watering it.
sigh. it is a shame we can’t all have wonderful loving forever homes.
Ah another daily visitor ;o)
She is soooo cute ! I´m the wrong person to ask if feed or not feed, you know that after visiting my post today.
Bless you for your big heart!!!
It was the same for my Tigger when he came at home. How resist to a such cutie!
Oh dear you,
so nice to come back and visit your blog again. It’s been a hard but also busy time lately.
You have a beuatiful cat. We would like to Miueewuuha together, says our Rosa and Felicia
We still have Stompa here (Vactaion for him) and a new visitir: Mr Grey.
(On my blog from last week or so).
It is obvious that you have a soft spot for strays.

Mr. Criz, you are so sweet to feed her and the other kitties! We have two stray kitties here that our neighbor feeds. Momma has bought food to help her out, so we know how important it is to keep the stray babies’ tummies full! The next project for our neigbor is to try to catch them to find them forever homes. Easier said than done …
Purrs and headbutts to nice Mr. Criz,
Sabrina, Sam and Simon
What a cute little one! It was wonderful of you to give her some food.
What a little doll! Of course, the more you feed the more that appear, it is a magical process. I have a good friend who runs a rescue and the supply of stray kittens is truly endless. I love the unique tortie/calico markings on her.

You know that’s my kind of cat,
looks like my Aniwa Scrat, I have
a deep heart for the Tortie babies.
If she came looking for food at my
house, she’d have a home but then
I might not. They already say 4 cats is too many! What a doll!
Thanks for the cats on Tuesday’s link.
I really pity those stray cats. I must thank you for feeding them tooo
